# Turnchores

> A turnover checklist for each short-term rental. Your cleaner opens a link, ticks the jobs and flags supplies running low; you see what is overdue before the next guest.

Turnchores keeps upkeep lists for short-term rentals. A host signs in with a passkey (WebAuthn; no password, no email address), adds units (a nickname and a time zone, no address) and jobs, each due every N stays (1 to 20), every N days (1 to 730) or every N months (1 to 36), with an interval the host chooses; no default intervals are shipped. A done mark resets the schedule from its date; month intervals clamp to the month's last day. A cleaner opens a secret link with no account, sees the jobs due this turnover (overdue, every-stay jobs due, and jobs due before the next check-in date or within 7 days), ticks them with a 10 minute undo, flags supplies running low and taps Turnover finished once a day; every-stay jobs not ticked since the previous turnover then show as missed. Ticks made with no signal are kept on the phone and sent later; ticks older than yesterday are refused. Data is kept in a Cloudflare D1 database; link secrets and session ids are stored only as SHA-256 digests. No guest data, no photos. Printable cleaner sheet and handoff pack. Owners can download everything and delete their account (hard deleted after 7 days).

## What it is not

- Not affiliated: Turnchores is not affiliated with any booking platform, property manager or cleaning company.
- Not a chat: no replies, no direct messages, and people with a link are never emailed.
- Not for secrets: anyone with a link can use it until the owner replaces it.
- No passwords: owners sign in with passkeys only.
