For hosts who manage their own units

Upkeep between guests, ticked off by your cleaner

Keep the slow jobs out of your head: filters, descaling, mattress turns, battery swaps. Your cleaner opens a link, sees what is due this turnover, and ticks it off. You see what is overdue before the next guest.

A sample unit. Yours starts empty: you add the jobs and set every interval.

Three steps

  1. Add a unit and its jobs. A nickname for the place, then each job with your own interval: every stay, every so many days, or every so many months. Mark the ones only you do as host only.
  2. Send your cleaner a link. They open it on their phone with no app or account, tick what is due, flag supplies running low, and tap Turnover finished.
  3. See what is left. Each unit shows what is overdue, what must happen before the next guest, what was missed at the last turnover and which supplies are low.

Titles only. You set every interval: use the one from the manufacturer or your local rules.

The rules, what is stored and for how long are on how Turnchores works and the privacy page. The FAQ covers cleaners, intervals, missed turnovers and deleting your data.
